**Job Title: Assistant - Grave Shift**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on packaging and wrapping finished aerospace products while supporting a variety of shop activities as needed. You will work as part of a collaborative production team, gain exposure to specialized metal finishing processes, and have the opportunity to grow into long-term roles in areas such as anodizing, plating, or masking.

**Responsibilities**

+ Package and wrap finished aerospace products accurately and safely according to written instructions and quality standards.
+ Assist with masking parts and other production-related tasks as needed, with cross-training provided in both packaging and masking.
+ Follow detailed written instructions, work orders, and production guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable output.
+ Support a fast-paced production environment by maintaining productivity, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
