**Job Description**
This role operates mill equipment using both manual and automatic controls to produce quality products that meet output and cost standards. You will monitor and adjust production processes, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while supporting overall manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate mill equipment using manual and automatic controls in accordance with established procedures.
+ Observe the threading of strip through mill processes and make progressive adjustments to tooling and associated mechanical components as needed.
+ Minimize scrap and waste by carefully monitoring production and making timely corrections.
+ Produce quality products that meet or exceed established output and cost standards.
+ Perform and accurately record quality checks throughout the production process.
