**Job Title: General Labor**

**Job Description :**

Support the production of ceramic materials used in electronics by mixing, processing, and handling powders with accuracy and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Measure and mix ceramic powders and materials per specifications
+ Operate blending, milling, and drying equipment
+ Perform spray drying and thermal processing
+ Maintain accurate batch records and production data
+ Conduct quality checks and in-process testing
+ Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
+ Load/unload materials (50–60 lbs) and clean equipment

**Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
+ Basic math and computer skills
+ Ability to work in dusty and wet environments
+ Willingness to work multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
