General Forklift Operator

**General Operator (forklift)– Seasonal**
**Location:** Worthington, IN
**Pay:** $19.50 / hr - $21.50 / hr
**Hours:** 6 am – 2:30 pm and 2 pm – 10:30 pm (must be able to work both shifts)
**Job Purpose:**
Join the production team and help deliver quality seed products to farmers worldwide. As a General Operator, you’ll support seasonal operations using standard procedures to maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Utilize standard operating procedures in all aspects of seed production, packaging, inventory, and maintenance.
+ Operate equipment and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods.
+ Receive, weigh, and unload crop shipments; collect quality samples and record data.
+ Assist in harvesting, drying, shelling, conditioning, and applying treatments to seeds.
+ Bag, label, palletize, and stage seed for inventory and shipment.
