General Foreman

Danny Sullivan is looking for a contractor that specialize in civil engineering is looking to recruit an experienced General Foreman to join their expanding team to work on project in IPSWICH. Duties:
* Ensuring works are carried out productively with the safety of others a high priority
* Managing and leading Earthworks team on site
* Ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard
* Ensuring schemes are delivered on time and within budget
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings
* Ensuring safety is first and foremost
* Plant and Labour reconciliations
* Communication with managers to ensure all site staff including Sub Contractors work safely
* Material reconciliations and produce regular reports
* Management of staff
* Review method statements...
