Requirements 1015 years proven experience in large-scale road building, infrastructure, bulk earthworks, or mining civils Strong employment history with reputable and recognized contractors National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field Solid technical training with documented experience Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving abilities
