Responsibilities Performs duties associated with the project management, design, layout, construction maintenance, and repair of projects consisting of electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering systems, and architectural systems Performs full life-cycle construction project management from project scope of work definition to construction completion of DSCR sustainment, restoration, modernization projects Prepares project documentation (DD1391), economic analysis, and cost estimates required for project approval by DLA, OSD, and Congress Participates in master planning meetings and assists in coordinating master planning with personnel at DSCR, DLA and other agencies as required Assures energy conservation studies, analysis of existing and proposed energy consuming facilities, and DoD energy guidelines are incorporated into project design and construction Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify f...
