General Cover Teachers - Brighouse

We’re expanding our network of trusted cover staff to support a group of partner secondary schools across Brighouse and nearby areas. If you’re confident in the classroom, adaptable, and ready to step into a variety of subjects and year groups, this is a great chance to build experience, enjoy flexible working, and make a real impact. Positions are available immediately , with both ongoing and day‑to‑day assignments to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide clear instruction, support student engagement, and ensure continuity of learning
• Communicate effectively with school staff and follow safeguarding procedures
