This role combines project coordination, contractor management, property maintenance, and hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Construction Management
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of residential renovation projects.
- Schedule and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and service providers.
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Communicate project updates to management and identify potential delays or issues.
