Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience managing large, complex commercial construction projects and demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and comprehensive knowledge of construction trades, means, and methods. The role requires expertise in OSHA regulations and jobsite safety enforcement, CPM scheduling, resource planning, building codes, and project management software, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
