Job Description

                Hospital is looking for a locum non-invasive cardiologist to help back fill while a provider is on their 6 month break and will need ongoing coverage as shifts become available.  
 Schedule/Availability Requirements:   
Sept 27 - Orientation - 8 hour day.  
Sep 30-Oct 4  
Oct 28-Nov 1  
Nov 25-29  
will present ongoing as dates become available.  
 Details:   Average worked Callback Hours: Rare  
Monday-Friday - 7a-5p - Onsite  
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday - 5p-7a - offsite Night call  
Setting: Clinic, Call, Inpatient Trauma Level III  
FTE: .5  
EMR: EPIC  
Support Staff: RN, NP/PA
