• Provide efficient customer service and handle various banking operations at the branch level, including account opening, managing customer queries, and processing non‑financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in maintaining fixed assets inventory, secure stationery, and administrative support.
• Handle customer complaints, refer customers to appropriate services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Ensure effective and efficient handling of customers in the branch, providing services according to the laid down service and quality indicators.
• Work in all operation segments of the branches as an inputter/maker level; handle account opening and related processes such as dormancy marking/removal, stop‑payment marking/revoking, account closures, SOA issuance, loan account opening/closing, deceased marking/removal, level migration, etc., for Core and Jazz Cash cus...
