Be responsible for manufacturing the quality products in the work area
**II. Essential Functions, responsibilities**

+ Understand and follow the work instruction, process and policies in the shop floor
+ Be responsible for the quality of products
+ Work under arrangement of Supervisor
+ Maintain 5S in the shop floor
+ Report any issue of safety, quality concerns, quality issues to supervisor or related functions
+ Propose new ideas to improve the working environment, safety and quality
+ Follow the company's regulations on safety, security and other regulations
+ Other jobs as assigned
**III. Qualifications requirements**

+ Graduated from high school and above
+ Be trained for the assigned jobs
+ Educated and had certifications for some jobs: crane worker, forklifts, welders, test technician
