General Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a reputable accountant to provide support in a wide range of finance, accounting, and human resources functions. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable, including maintaining vendor accounts, processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable, including maintaining customer accounts, cash receipts, collections, and some invoicing.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve any accounts payable or receivable issues.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations – reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing...
