General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant based in Ahmadabad India, to support our U.S. business operations within the Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing (Accounts Payable):

Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain AP records.
General Ledger Account Analysis
Reconciliation and Reporting
Collections from Customers (Accounts Receivable):

Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Bank Reconciliation:

Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
Cash Application:

Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Inventory Month-End Close Reports:

Prepare and reconcile inventory reports to ensure accurate month-end financials.
