Job Description

• Prepare and post journal entries for day‑to‑day transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and update the general ledger; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and liaise with auditors as required.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
• Assist in the month‑end and year‑end financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Technical Skills

• Good command on MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial data clearly.
