General Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated General Accountant (ACCA Finalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel, and the ability to manage client accounts efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare financial statements and accounting reports for clients.
• Manage and update invoices, incoming and outgoing payments.
• Perform book reconciliations promptly and accurately.
• Maintain daily financial records and prepare all related reports and correspondence.
• Manage books of accounts for various business types.
• Analyze financial data and summarize financial status for reporting.
• Ensure all accounts are maintained in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
