General Accountant

Main Responsibilities

A. General Accounting & Reporting (35%)

• Check, reconcile, and record accounting entries.
• Track e-commerce platform fees, shipping costs, and marketing expenses.
• Verify detailed and aggregated data prior to month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and reports for leadership meetings.
• Consolidate sales revenue and commission calculation data.
• Coordinate with other departments to control documents and processes.

B. Tax & Compliance (35%)

• Declare Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).
• Prepare annual tax finalization reports.
• Check input and output invoices.
• Monitor and stay updated on tax and invoice regulations.
• Work with tax authorities and audit firms when required.
