About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on General Accountant to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely month‑end reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency and financial integrity within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Assist with financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax filings (HST, etc.).
• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
