Foria Clinic is searching for a dedicated Physician to provide gender-affirming care to a diverse patient base. This remote position allows you to work part-time while supporting trans and non-binary individuals in Alberta.
Your role involves providing hormone assessments, referrals, and collaborating closely with a compassionate team. You'll play a vital part in advocating for system improvements that positively impact the healthcare experience for marginalized communities, making excellent care accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hormone prescribing and surgical assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and mental health professionals
• Support and guide patient gender journeys
• Advocate for patient-centered system changes
Requirements:
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta license
• CMPA coverage for Alberta practice
• Deep interest in gender-affirming healthcare
• Previous experience in trans healthcare preferred
