To meet the growing demand for Amazon Operations in Customer Fulfillment (CF), the Program Strategy team is seeking a leader and experienced Program Manager to lead our Generative AI and automation initiatives. You will spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that transform our fulfillment operations while maintaining our customer-first approach. As the thought leader, you will develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks and documentation strategies, create and maintain strategic roadmaps for AI implementation and automation initiatives, monitor and report on AI project success metrics, lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and tools, engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on AI solutions, and lead change management initiatives including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption strategies.
