Role Summary
The Content Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures all digital content and creative assets meet approved quality, brand, and communication standards before publication. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint, validating language accuracy, message clarity, and visual execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Review digital assets for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence accuracy
• Validate correct use of approved copy, translations, and localized content
• Check visual message hierarchy (headline, body copy, CTA) for clarity and readability
• Ensure text placement, line breaks, and layouts do not compromise communication
• Confirm alignment with brand guidelines, campaign toolkits, and approved materials
• Conduct structured pass/fail quality assessments and flag required amendments
