Job Description

 
  Overview 
 Adastra is seeking a skilled GCP Developer to join our team. As a GCP Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, Apache Beam or Dataflow, and various GCP services to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions.
  Location:  Toronto, Hybrid (1 day/wk onsite) 
  Status:  Contract
  Responsibilities: 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 Develop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Beam or Dataflow to process and transform large datasets.
 Utilize strong SQL skills to optimize data queries and ensure efficient data retrieval.
 Design, develop, and deploy applications on GCP, focusing on key services such as BigQuery (BQ), IAM, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
