GC-MS Chemist

On Line Design is currently seeking a full-time Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Chemist, to work on-site in Hebron, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of chemical compounds, micro-encapsulation methods or processing methods as well as validating methods and correlating results. Primary Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of low temperature microencapsulation on retention of volatile compounds and stability thereof Support the development of microencapsulation or process engineering developments, to improve product performance Help the product development team (food and beverage) in development and analysis of finished products Develop and document novel extraction methods with proven and robust validation methods Utilize results to develop and document cohesive storylines for publication to customers, product and process development, or QC teams, among others Assist in the resolution of quality control concerns Explore new area...
