Compensation and Benefits Details
• Salary: $600K
• RVU Conversion Factor: $73
• Call is 1:4 (included in base salary)
• Excess Call: $750 - per weeknight; 24 hours per weekend
• Starting Bonus: $50K
• Includes 25% of ECC
