The Role

• Manage your own book across natural gas, power, and refined products
• Drive strategy, manage risk, and analyze market fundamentals
• Identify opportunities through price action, spreads, and order flow
• Communicate proactively on risk and P&L variance to leadership

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years verified, risk-adjusted profitability in energy markets
• Prop trading or hedge fund background strongly preferred
• Defined discretionary edge — fundamental modelling, weather, flow, or spread trading
• Physical trading or bank background considered
• Emissions, biofuels, or REC, RIN experience a bonus
