BC Ltd., a Doig River First Nation owned company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Shell Gas Bar, Convenience Store, and Car Wash located at Naache Commons in Fort St. John, BC.

The Gas Station Manager is responsible for leading staff, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strong customer service standards, and overseeing fuel, tobacco, inventory, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a safety-first mindset, and a solid understanding of fuel station and convenience store operations in British Columbia.

This position plays a key role in supporting a professional, community-focused, and culturally respectful work environment while ensuring compliance with Shell standards, WorkSafeBC requirements, BC Labour Code, and all applicable tobacco and fuel regulations.
