What you’ll receive

• £37,500 basic salary
• Van and fuel card
• 25 days holiday plus bank holiday and Christmas concessionary days

Responsibilities

• Work in Alfreton and surrounding areas
• Servicing and repairs
• Working in tenanted and void social housing properties
• 37 hours per week with early finish on Friday

Requirements

• Gas Safe registered
• Experience within social housing
• Clean UK Driving Licence
