We are recruiting for a Garment Technologist to join a multichannel fashion and footwear business that sells multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the team and factories are working to a critical path to keep the production process on track

Oversee testing requirements and update manual guidelines

Work alongside suppliers and conduct product development trips

Support and mentor junior team members to help them grow

Lead product development to ensure products meet safety standards and testing requirements

Review and approve lab dips, bulk fabrics, and print submissions

Measure and comment on development and production samples
