Garden Maintenance Team Leader

This role will see you manage the amazing grounds and facilities of the Borambola Sport and Recreation Centre.

This hands on role will see you oversee and undertake all aspects of site operations, ensuring all users have access to a wide range of activities in a safe and tranquil environment.

About You 

• You are a qualified horticulturist (or similar) with a strong background working across high quality sites.
• You have, or are willing to obtain, a valid white card and working with children check. You are also prepared to undertake a national police check - this is an absolute requirement given the nature of this site.
• You are computer literate and have excellent organisational skills.
• You have previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role where you have proven yourself to be able to motivate and develop your team members to get the best out of them. This role will have responsibility for performance management ...
