Our client, a well-established family-run business based in Kerry, is currently seeking a Garden Centre Manager to lead their newly expanded and modernised garden centre.
The Role
As Garden Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a small team to ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered. Key responsibilities will include overseeing sales performance and stock control, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ensuring all health & safety standards are maintained throughout the centre.
You will play a key role in the continued development of the garden centre by introducing fresh and innovative ideas, while staying informed on the latest gardening and horticultural trends.
