Garden Centre Lead Merchandiser Position

Take charge of our Garden Centre as a Lead Merchandiser this seasonal period! Engage with customers and lead a dedicated team from early April to June in an exciting outdoor setting.
In this role, you will oversee the merchandising staff, ensuring high visual standards and effective display organization. Deliver training on plant care and merchandising techniques, while engaging with customers to enhance their gardening experience. You will have the option for flexible AM or PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in achieving merchandising excellence
• Create and maintain attractive plant displays
• Oversee the efficient unloading of deliveries
• Ensure product quality and optimal inventory management
• Facilitate great customer interactions and gardening advice
Requirements:
• Retail merchandising experience required, preferably in a Garden Centre
