Job Summary

The Dean Close Foundation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gardener & Groundskeeper to help maintain and develop our beautiful school grounds, gardens, and sports facilities. Working as part of the Estates team at Dean Close Kingham Hill School, you will play a key role in ensuring the school’s extensive grounds are presented to a high standard throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, hedges, sports pitches, pathways, and landscaped areas
• Safe operation and upkeep of grounds maintenance equipment
• Ensure a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors
• Take pride in work and apply a practical approach to outdoor maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping experience is desirable
