Job Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager promotes a positive shopping experience and builds loyal customer relationships. You will lead and inspire a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and maintain excellent standards. You will recruit, train, and coach team members and maximize store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
