You are expected to grow and improve the profitability of the Marine Aftermarket business by expanding installed-base coverage, increasing service contract penetration, capturing dry-dock and voyage-repair scopes, recapturing lost boys, strengthening market visibility, improving customer satisfaction and supporting warranty processes. In addition you will be responsible for the management and guidance of regional sales representatives (agents) appointed by the business line management.
