Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to work across the Bristol area, carrying out a variety of repair and remedial works on long-term projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with experience leading small teams and working alongside plant operators, looking for secure, ongoing work with a leading UK contractor.

Your Role as a Ganger:

• Supervising and coordinating groundworks and remedial works teams on site
• Overseeing repair and reinstatement works to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently
• Working closely with operatives using a mini digger, dumper, and roller
• Allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress against programme requirements
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
• Liaising with site management and reporting on work progress
