ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。

You will oversee the hotel’s banquet and events division, delivering memorable event experiences to guests by ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations in line with Hilton standards.

+ 宴会場のセットアップ
+ 料理の提供
+ 宴会時の進行・確認
+ 必要部品の管理、発注
+ お客様の荷物のお預かり、管理など
+ 他部署（キッチン・セールス等）との連携
+ Banquet setup (room arrangement)
+ Food and beverage service
+ Coordination and confirmation of banquet/event proceedings
+ Management and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment
+ Handling and management of guests’ belongings
+ Coordination with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)

**＜必須＞**

+ 宴会の業務経験者優遇
+ ゲスト志向で、サービス基準を超える対応ができる方
+ 英会話スキルあれば尚可
+ 柔軟性があり、繁忙期やプレッシャーのある環境でも前向きに対応できる方
+ 長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方
