FW Verification & Validation Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who is passionate about product development and quality. In this role, you will contribute to the verification and validation of electricity metering solutions, including products with advanced communication protocols.
You will perform complex integration, verification, and validation missions with a high degree of autonomy, proposing and developing effective testing solutions. The role includes leading end-to-end test campaigns in complex project contexts, from planning and execution to consolidated test reporting, while managing test resources and test means.
You may hold functional or hierarchical responsibility for providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. You will help define and improve internal test procedures and best practices.
