Minimum Requirements:
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense of $49.25)

Substitute Pay Rates:
• Teacher (Less Than Associate Degree): $80 per day
