Summary
Ensure Cooking and Cooling of Meat Products Meet Critical Control Points and Company Standards for Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Quantity, and Cost.
The Role
Take ownership of a key Critical Control Point (CCP) in our production process, ensuring the cooking and cooling of meat products consistently meets product specification and company standards across safety, hygiene, quality, quantity, and cost.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all CCPs for cooking and cooling are adhered to in line with current UK regulations
- Completing and taking accountability for all checks, tasks, and paperwork accurately across each 24hr period
- Running batch yield reports throughout the shift, identifying and resolving issues or escalating where needed
- Ensuring hourly and daily targets are met, escalating where they are not
