Job Title: Mobile Funeral Arranger. Salary: £26,266 per annum (£13.47 per hour). Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday‑Sunday shifts 8am‑8pm. Location: Mobile role covering Aberdeen City, Stonehaven and Ellon. Requires full standard UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build positive relationships within the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering queries.
• Ensure the funeral home is always clean, safe, welcoming; report and record any maintenance issues.
• Manage digital systems and devices (computers, tablets, smartphone apps) to accurately manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work such as selling and informing clients about funeral plans to the Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
