The practice focuses on advising a range of international sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation, and offering of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products.
Job Description
Assist the funds team with the set up and formation of funds

Draft and prepare legal documentation transaction bibles, articles of incorporation, resolutions, agreements, correspondence, closing sets etc.)

Handle internal filing of records of fund documents

Liaise with various parties professional bodies and counsels from different jurisdictions

Assist in due diligence and legal research
