Fundraising Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a good understanding of assigned institutes, programs, and clients.
• Identify new opportunities and ideas to attract donors and increase fundraising activities.
• Coordinate and organize weekly fundraising meetings and related events.
• Prepare plans independently, discuss them with the Fundraising Manager, and work with the sales team for implementation.
• Assist in preparing proposals, sponsorship documents, presentations, and reports while maintaining quality standards.
• Support and coordinate fundraising campaigns and activities to help achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and proper reporting.
• Share ideas, experience, and suggestions to improve fundraising efforts.
• Coordinate with the Country Head and management to support organizational objectives.
