Overall Purpose of the Role
To study, analyze, and document business functions and processes. The successful candidate will design target processes and systems to reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify potential business benefits across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities. Conduct system study sessions with business units and analyze stakeholder objectives to identify effective automated and non-automated solutions.
Process Design & Documentation:

Map current and future scenarios using appropriate modeling techniques. Draft, review, and finalize Business Process and Target Process design documents, obtaining official sign-offs from stakeholders and IT leadership.
