Functional Consultant (Banking & Finance Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant/Senior Business Analyst with deep hands‑on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to join a high-impact Digital transformation engagement. You will work directly with client stakeholders across finance, operations and IT to map current‑state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop a prioritised transformation roadmap.

This is not a generalist BA role. We need someone who has lived inside O2C, knows where the pain is, and can translate process complexity into actionable AI use cases. Experience across the broader finance process landscape — including Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), is essential to connect the dots across the end‑to‑end finance value chain. Someone who have experience working in consumer industry.
