Functional Assessor - (Registered Nurse / Paramedic / OT / Physio)

Salary £47-50k plus increments of £1000 after six months and £1000 after 12 months
* 25 days Annual leave per year plus bank holidays for full time employees with the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional leave
* Mon-Fri 09.00 – 5.00 working hours
* Quarterly Bonus Structure – up to 10% of salary paid quarterly
