Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Homebase's engineering team as a Fullstack Growth Engineer II, leveraging your expertise to drive growth through innovative product solutions. Hybrid work allowed with in-person collaboration in Toronto.
You will bring 2–5 years of experience in building customer-facing web applications, primarily using Ruby on Rails, while also engaging with React and TypeScript. This role centers on owning various growth and product initiatives to meet customer needs effectively. You'll work with different teams to identify opportunities and enhance product outcomes using analytics and AI tools.
