Full Time Valet Clerk

**Description:**

The Valet Clerk is a highly visible role that will require the ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests. Valet Clerks have a huge impact on the guest experience. They must be knowledgeable about hotel and transportation information as well as surrounding areas. Valet Clerks perform a wide variety of tasks.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Answering calls from guests, vendors, and team members requiring assistance
+ Dispatching guest service & valet colleagues to handle requests such as (but not limited to):
+ Vehicle retrievals
+ Luggage pulls
+ Luggage deliveries
+ Room move assistance
+ Resort orientations.
+ Provides Valet service assistance during busy periods
+ Maintaining logs, storing and maintaining vehicle keys.
+ Keeps track of guest’s arrivals and departures daily and communicates with the Bell/Valet team to assist guests in a timely manner.
