What you’ll do:

• Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here.”
• Supervising and delegating employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
• Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.
• Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching.
• Onboarding and training recent staff.
• Demonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps.
• Assisting with interviews as needed.
• General Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operating POS system, dispensing fuel.
