Full-time Supervisor for Timmins Projects

Caron Equipment seeks a Full-time Supervisor for Timmins Projects, focusing on overseeing site crews in a 7 days in / 7 days out rotation. Drive safety and operational excellence on-site.
In this role, you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of site crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures. You should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in construction or mining, and demonstrate a strong capacity for leadership and communication. You'll be crucial in promoting teamwork and maintaining site productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
